Methods of Payment (arrival during first term)

Payments must be made in euros, by bank transfer to the account specified below. We send one invoice for the annual fees before the start of school. These are broken down to include tuition plus any options: languages, bus, uniforms, trips and SEN. When starting in September, payments are due either on the single full payment option, or in 2 equal instalments: Before the start of school in September and in January.

Late Payment

Should payment be delayed for more than 2 weeks a 5% monthly interest charge will be claimed. If payments are delayed for more than 1 month the director of FIS may terminate the schooling contract at the end of the month following the director’s written notice.

Late Arrival

For arrivals from January onwards, only the single payment option is available. Fees will be as follows: * First term (September to December) 100% of the annual tuition fees incl. cost of bus service * Second term (January to March) 60% of the annual tuition fees incl. cost of bus service * Third term (April to June) 40% of the annual tuition fees incl. cost of bus service

Early Departure

Notice of departure must be given in writing 30 days in advance. Pupils leaving FIS before the school year has ended will be refunded as follows: * Departure by 31 December - 50% of the billed tuition fees incl. the bus service and SEN fees. * Departure by 31 March - 25% of the billed tuition fees incl. the bus service and SEN fees. * Departure after 1 April - no refund

Camps

We will reimburse the total amount minus 40 € (to cover administrative costs), if cancellation is received at least 1 week prior to the start of camp. If received less than 1 week before or during camp, there will be no reimbursement. Cancellation must be done in writing (finance@forest-international-school.com). We observe a first come first served policy, your child's place will only be secured after reception of payment.
